- ➤ Surprise foodies now have a new Mexican restaurant at Tacos Chilango in City Center, which held a pre-launch on March 4 with co-owner Arturo Jimenez and Mayor Kevin Sartor. The restaurant fully opened on March 7 at 14420 W. Elm St., Suite 109 — a new dining spot for locals. Surprise Independent
