- ➤ MAG officials released a study on a potential ultimate interchange — connecting U.S. 60 from Loop 303 to 163rd Avenue in Surprise to ease slow traffic; the study addresses growth pressures that project northwest Surprise to reach 250,000 residents by 2050. Surprise Independent
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Grand resident Bob Higgins will join 400+ cyclists for the 24th Tri-State Trek on June 27 and 28. The two-day, 200-mile ride begins and ends in Durham, New Hampshire and will travel through Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine to benefit the ALS Therapy Development Institute, marking his 12th year.
