- ➤ Surprise has postponed its dive-in movie night featuring Disney’s Moana 2 to Saturday, June 14 at the Surprise Aquatic Center because scheduling conflicts forced a delay—ticket holders for the June 7 event will receive refunds and must repurchase tickets for the rescheduled date. - ➤ The Surprise Regional Library will host Wacky Water Storytime on Saturday, June 28 (10:30 to 11:30 a.m.) with a water slide event for all ages; guests should wear clothes that can get wet and bring a towel. Surprise Independent

- ➤ Lori Daybell is set to face a new jury in Maricopa County for her second trial as she is accused of conspiring to commit attempted murder of her ex-nephew-in-law Brandon Boudreaux.
