- ➤ May data shows nearly 50% more homes are for sale in the Phoenix metro than last year as listings last 16 to 23% longer. - ➤ Surprise Stadium has launched its summer baseball schedule as USA Baseball returns with the Summer Premier Championship Series starting this week—featuring tournaments for 17U from June 10 to 15, 16U from June 17 to 22, 15U from June 25 to 30 and 14U from July 2 to 7—held at practice facilities on N Bullard Ave with admission at $12 for ages 12 and up while children under 12 enter free.
