- ➤ Hope Women’s Center, a faith-based and trauma-informed care organization, offers 'Hope on the Road' every Wednesday at the Surprise Resource Center from 9 a.m. to noon — the free program helps women and teen girls earn points for material resources and access counseling, mentoring, and advocacy services. - ➤ The Arizona Science Center will bring free learning opportunities for Surprise children up to 5 years old and their caregivers this month with its Science on Wheels event. It will be held at the Surprise Resource Center (12425 W. Bell Road) on Monday, July 28 with sessions from 10 to 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Surprise Independent
