Arizona joined a multistate group called ArrayRX to lower drug prices by up to 80% after Governor Katie Hobbs signed an executive order on Wednesday, introducing a free discount card (for FDA-approved drugs) to help the underinsured.

The program will let Arizonans compare prices and benefit from pooled purchasing (with states like Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, and Ohio) without costing taxpayers extra.
