- ➤ Life Changers Global Ministries in south Phoenix began cleaning up debris Saturday morning from an arson fire that two weeks ago destroyed a building used for its preschool and homeless outreach, with volunteers from Queen Creek and Surprise and local businesses like Home Depot helping clear the rubble—setting the stage for rebuilding.
