- ➤ ABC15 has launched an investigation called DCS: State of Failure into Arizona’s Department of Child Safety after the murders of three children in different care settings—one from Tribal Social Services, one from a group home, and one reportedly killed by her father—to seek accountability as the network collects viewer emails with personal experiences. CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Actors PLAYground — a Surprise theater group — will present an hour-long docudrama called 'To the Moon' later this month that tells domestic violence stories using interviews and surveys by playwright Beth Kander. The main and youth casts will perform on several dates from Sept. 26 to Oct. 5, with ticket prices set by age. Surprise Independent
