29 at 16853 N. 145th Ave., Suite 167 — co-owners Reimun Shleimun and Rian Hanna led a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Councilmember Johnny V. Melton and representatives from SimonCRE, Phoenix West Commercial, and Economic Development in attendance.

Lulu Busari from Surprise, who had built a strong basketball career at Valley Vista, joined the flag football team when the district brought back the sport in 2024—she said her friends' invitation convinced her to give it a try.
Her move adds a new chapter to her athletic journey.
