- ➤ Air Methods donated nine drones to Shadow Ridge High School to boost hands-on STEM learning in Surprise — the drones, no longer flight ready, will be used by students to explore engineering and robotics. Surprise Independent
- ➤ Enrollment applications for the 2026-2027 school year at Freedom Traditional Academy will be accepted today at the Dysart Unified School district website. The tuition-free school serves preschool through eighth grade and will host a Future Kinder Night on Dec. 4 and a prospective parent open house on Jan. 22—early bird applications are due by Dec. 7.
