- ➤ Country singer Niko Moon was added as a new act for Surprise’s Out of the Park Music Fest—joining headliner Russell Dickerson on March 21 at Mark Coronado Park—and the festival will run from 2 to 10 a.m., ending the spring training season. Surprise Independent
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Major League Baseball has released game times for 31 spring training contests at Surprise Stadium in February and March—six of these contests will be night games, with the first night game on March 5 featuring the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Individual tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Dec. 2 and group packages are already available—more games include matchups with teams such as the Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago White Sox.
