Greasewood St.—attorney Caleb Lihn from Lihn Law Group will explain how wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives protect assets and honor personal wishes; seating is limited. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Surprise extended tenant-based rental assistance for low-income residents by accepting a $207,649 grant through HOME Investment Partnerships funds to cover help from September 2026 through September 2027. The Surprise City Council approved the extension through an intergovernmental agreement with surrounding cities and Maricopa County—ensuring continued support for those in need. Surprise Independent
